Summer Dune

I am so proud “Summer Dune” won the Honorable Mention Award at the 2023 Southport Maritime Art Show at the Franklin Square Gallery. This original oil painting is from my photo of the entrance of walking access #14 on Topsail Beach, North Carolina.
A well deserved pause is felt as you stop and take in the immediate view. The dune behind the white fencing is the “welcome back feeling” bringing sea air back into your lungs.
